Josh is an experienced multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveyor and member of the Institute of Quarrying with an extensive background in minerals, marine, rural and commercial property management, Josh has been responsible for the successful management of large estates and delivery of projects, with a pragmatic, industrious and engaging approach.
Josh founded J J Conibear in May 2024. Previously he led the Mineral Estates Department in Truro for Wardell Armstrong LLP and acted as a Rural Estates Surveyor for the Duchy of Cornwall.
